Come with a friend or on your own and join Victoria for a fun and energising Saturday morning. You will learn how to squat with the correct technique, workout to build strength in the lower body, improve how you perform and enjoy a refreshing smoothie as you chill out and cool down.
This workshop is suited for complete beginners and anyone who is new to strength training. The class size is kept to a maximum of six so that you get the attention and space to move that you deserve.
