Fitbarre is excited to present a 6-week Pilates course delivered by Steph Flint. Back by popular demand Steph joins us all the way from Sydney, Australia. Utilising her wealth of knowledge and experience, this course is designed to create total body strength, improve balance and stability whilst calming and focusing the mind.
Whether you have previous experience or have never done pilates before, Steph has a unique style of teaching that can be adapted to suit all.
As part of a small group of women taught within a supportive environment, you will make physical improvements, take some time out for yourself and feel empowered to be the best version of yourself both inside and out.
