How it works..
- Personal training sessions are booked and pre paid in four or eight week blocks.
- The frequency of your sessions is up to you, but for consistency and maximum benefits, we advise that you attend the studio at least once per week.
- Our session prices start from £40 and can be shared by up to two people.
